The term Anglepoise had become a generic name referring to all sprung balanced desk task lights.
Working with Simon Terry, the fifth generation of the Terry family to run Anglepoise, and the late, great British product designer Sir Kenneth Grange, we designed a new logotype and identity system to re-establish the brand.
Working initially on the launch of the TYPE 3, the first product designed by Sir Kenneth Grange, we created a bold typographic visual language which evolved with the business as it introduced new products.
To celebrate the 90th birthday of Sir Kenneth, we designed an exhibition and publication featuring a selection of his iconic designs alongside the Anglepoise Type 75.
